The following morning, Arash discovers Hossein's body. Distressed, he runs to the apartment of the woman and begs her to run away with him. As she is gathering up her things, the cat appears and Arash realizes that she had something to do with his father's death. Arash and the woman drive off together but he pulls off to the side of the road, angry and undecided about what to do. He eventually gets back in the car and the two continue their trip onwards.
Arash sees a pair of earring and thinks of stealing them to pay for his father's bills. By turns funny, vaguely creepy and too cool for school, A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night is certainly unusual - but also seductive and strange enough to stick in the memory like a fever dream. The film was shot digitally with anamorphic lenses, which Amirpour and Vincent selected in an effort to emphasize the bleak, otherworldly atmosphere of the film.

She acts as a sort of vigilante, choosing to feed from those who she considers "bad", killing them without mercy. When one night she runs into Arash, she will finally know the possibilities that love offers, and that even in Bad City, shines a small glimmer of hope. Set in an imaginary Iranian underworld, a ghost-town named Bad City - a place that reeks of death and loneliness and where pimps, thugs and drug lords rule the streets.
The woman’s path is to cross with Arash , a moody boy who affects a James Dean style and who has improbably made enough money from gardening jobs to afford a sensational 1950s automobile. Her veil is a type of clothing that makes her look, weirdly, as if she is floating. She encounters a brutal, heavily tattooed bully who takes her back to his apartment, thinking she is a prostitute. Storyline
Provided you can put up with the rather slow pace I think you'll find a lot to love here. This has nothing to do with Twilight, but it is personal, and I suspect almost autobiographical, in ways that aren’t too far from Stephenie Meyer. This film is just occasionally a bit too cool for school – but mostly just cool enough, which is very cool.
I won't spoil the film by telling details about each and every character, suffice it to say that they are well layered and complex. This film really excels in its character development and cinematography which is beautifully done and really aids the atmosphere and creates a unique style for the film. While the film really is a mash up of genres it feels much like a low key horror film with a focus on atmosphere and tone rather than gore and jump cuts. Most modern horror films employ the latter to get a very surface level rise out of the viewers, often losing the whole point in effective horror elements.
The townspeople are unaware they are being stalked by a lone female vampire. Arash shows up to see what all that racket is about. A bent spoon over a small flame.Drugs are cooking. Hossein tells Atti that he wants to see her.
The movie is more about telling a story than instilling fear. Saeed and the Girl cross paths on a deserted street at night. He throws away his cigarette and speaks to her. He makes a sign with his head and takes the Girl to his apartment. He immediately resorts to snort cocaine and turns the music up.
Additionally, Bad City, the fictional location in which the film is set, may perhaps be a nod to Frank Miller's Sin City. An Indiegogo campaign was launched in July 2012 to fund the feature-length version of the film. On August 27, 2012, the campaign's goal of $55,000 was surpassed.
The Girl passes them by without bothering them, but Saeed seems to notice in an unconscious way. The Girl is wearing a hijab veil and silently walks by.
